To properly make use of the replay feature you need to either have 100% recording ratio or ETR (Event Triggered Recordings), please talk to your CSM about this.
- If Contentsquare iFrames Tracking for Zoning is enabled then it will cause all browsers to fail tracking if the survey is in an iframe. The solution is to switch to using a window popup instead of an iframe. This limitation will be resolved by our R&D team in the near future.
- Due to WebKit's official policy known as ITP (Intelligent Tracking Prevention) and Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Prevention, certain browsers block 3rd party cookies in iframes by default. If your survey appears in an iframe then we cannot support the following browsers or browser modes:
Chrome 83+ (only in Incognito)
Firefox 67+ (only in private browsing mode)
Note that if your survey is in a window popup or a new tab then the above does not apply.
Possible solutions would be to make your survey appear as a window popup instead of in an iframe or you can ask the survey company if they can provide you with a vanity domain which is a subdomain of your own domain and then there is no issue with this at all in any browser.
Please go to the section How to request an integration to see the instructions to enable this integration. You can then return here once completed.
If you have already completed the step above then continue below.
Please make sure to request that these domains be whitelisted on your account: allegiancetech.com, mcxplatform.com.au and mcxplatform.de
Verifying it works
Once completed you will be able to see the results in Contentsquare
